Vuba success Stories
Lucy was a University Graduate looking for her first role in the world of business. She was initially employed as a Sales Advisor, focusing on our Home Improvement DIY products in the UK and USA.
She demonstrated excellent ability to develop a rapport with customers, which ultimately led her to becoming an Account Manager when a position became available. We like to recruit internally and mentor our talent. In her role as an Account Manager Lucy demonstrated fantastic technical knowledge, an excellent work ethic and the ability to effectively communicate with a range of customer types. And as a result was recently promoted to Category Manager for the Resin Bound range.
Lucy's progress has been truly fantastic, and all while in a highly male dominated industry.
As Category Manager, Lucy is responsible for driving the direction of our Resin Bound business. With an ear to the ground with our customer base, and her voice heard in Management Meetings, she ensures the company is always acting in the best interests of our customers.
We nurture talent, promote passion and encourage all of our staff to exude the company values.
We’ve exhibited our products in London, Europe and the USA. Our innovative products have been patented and won awards.
We carefully quality control our supply chain, and treat them as part of our team.
We fundraise for local and national charities, this year we’re supporting Dove House Hospice through a range of challenges.
