Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Vuba are a market leading resin products manufacturer. We are building a brand and sell four key product ranges around the world including the UK, USA, mainland Europe and Australia.

As our graphic designer you will be responsible for the entire design process from defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos, including to support an upcoming TV advert campaign. 

You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our websites, brochures, product packaging, content on social media and more for product launches, and our new marketing initiatives.
 You have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
 The goal is to inspire and attract our target audience.

Roles and responsibility
  • Lead the creative image of the company

  • Create a consistent image across all platforms

Skills
  • Proven graphic designing experience

Logistics Manager

Vuba are a market leading resin products manufacturer. We are building a brand and sell four key product ranges around the world including the UK, USA, mainland Europe and Australia.

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. The Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibility
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics / transportation
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate resources to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
  • Keep track of quality, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Plan routes and process shipments
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Supervise, coach and train any direct reports
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Essential Skills
  • Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management

Warehouse Operative

Vuba is a Beverley based manufacturer of resin products for DIY and Trade customers, such as resin bound driveways and epoxy art resin. Vuba's award winning and patented products are distributed worldwide. Vuba has grown from a small business in 2009 to a forecasted revenue of £10m in 2021.

The Role

Our rapid growth means we are looking for new staff to join our friendly, hard working Operations Team. We are looking for a hard working punctual individual to work in a productive, friendly and co-operative environment, as part of a 5 person team in a newly opened 700m2 distribution centre (separate site to the manufacturing centre still in the Beverley area).

Reporting directly to the centre manager, you will be responsible for Goods In, preparing pallet orders and Goods Out.

Skills

A valid license/certificate to operate FLT trucks (Counterbalance ) would be preferred but training for a license available for the right candidate. No experience required.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a sales and customer service advisor to join our sales team - if you enjoy helping to support customers and selling products, then this is a position for you.

You will managing sales enquiries using the phone, email or social platforms such as Facebook. Deliver a great customer experience, secure the order and then stay close to your new customers as they work with s again and again. You will need to develop and maintain your knowledge of our products and services.

Full ongoing training, support and development from the management team and Director’s is provided. Based in Beverley the working hours are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4pm Friday. You will also be required to work one Saturday every 6 weeks as part of your hours.

Account Manager

Job Purpose:

Maximise sales revenues, managing a list of agreed key accounts.

Increase customer value and retention by creating and maintaining a “best in industry” customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue and Customer Relationships

  • Ensure every inbound enquiry assigned to you is responded to in a timely manner, quoted accurately and followed up effectively, adhering to the Vuba sales process and ensuring outstanding customer experience
  • Develop and manage you own core customer account list. Your objective is to develop the customer relationship and customer value, refining your list to ensure the right customer fit for the company and in line with revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrate good commercial judgement, negotiating profitable sales, protecting and growing sales margin in line with the company business plan.
  • Attainment of the company’s minimum expectations in relation to revenue and activity KPI’s
  • Proactively develop relationships with new prospective customers and nurture relationships with approved contractors in order to protect and grow the business.
General
  • Taking, dealing with and responding to a high volume of incoming calls and emails
  • Processing of a high volume of customer orders from sources including online, email and phone.
  • Supporting the wider sales team and operations team to help deliver the companies objectives
  • Ensure effective communication of account and revenue related activity through effective use of the company CRM. This means all customer records, deals, customer conversations and notes are recorded thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
  • Contribute proactively to team meetings, reporting on KPI’s relating to sales, your accounts and other projects as agreed by your line manager
  • Continually develop and maintain your industry and product knowledge in line with the company objective of being technically sound / outstanding.
  • Take ownership of continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing (where required) improvements to our systems and offering in order to reduce complaints and improve the customer experience.

  • High levels of organisation, able to prioritise effectively and the ability to manage several projects at the same time
