Easiprime is an acrylic primer used for sealing concrete prior to the application of Resin Bound Surfacing.
Easiprime is used to seal and remove porosity in concrete substrates, to enable a strong chemical bond between a Resin Bound Screed and the Concrete substrate.
Easiprime is supplied in a 5 litre container. Easiprime can be applied to most cementitious substrates, such as concrete and polymer modified screeds.
Curing time for Easiprime is 4 hours at 15oC. Apply on to a concrete surface, leave to dry and then overlay using a Resin Bound Screed.

We manufacture Easiprime in two sizes, 1 Litre and 5 Litres.
1 Litre covers 10m2 in one coat.
5 Litres covers 50m2 in one coat.
Ensure the surface is fully wetted with Easiprime.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from contamination. Blow dry the surface to remove excess moisture; scrape / grind away any excess debris and ensure the surface is clean.
Easiprime is a single component primer. Easiprime should be applied from a scuttle using a medium pile roller.
Allow Easiprime to dry for approximately 4 hours at 20oC or until touch dry, and then lay over with your resin bound system.
Easiprime should be applied on to concrete as a primer for Resin Bound Systems to ensure that all warranty criteria is met.
