Vuba-Joint Flexifill is an abrasion and chemical resistant two part polyurethane expansion joint filler. Flexifill is an extremely popular option which is unique to Vuba Supplies Ltd. Once cured, Flexifill expansion joint filler demonstrates extremely high mechanical strength, excellent adhesion, chemical resistance and elongation resistance.
Expansion joint filler Flexifill is widely used to repair or fill lightly damaged joints. This expansion joint filler is a relatively thick compound that is ideal for use on wide joints that do no require ‘runny’ liquid for ease of application. |Application||Ensure the surface is clean and free from contamination. Mix the two expansion joint filler components together thoroughly and pour into the expansion joint. Overfill very slightly and follow immediately after with a scraper to level off the finished joint. We recommend duct taping either side of the joint beforehand to keep a neat finish.
