There’s a variety of tools our customers use which we will have a few linked below to show examples of equipment.

Heat mats! The most talked about tool for winter resin work, there’s various options from seedling mats to reptile mats. Both do work well. Seedling mats tend to be thicker and bumpier. Reptile mats are extremely thin and flat but they come in different watts that can be confusing.

Read the description and see the temperature rang of them. This means more than the watts.

In regards to heat mats some are adjustable temperature some are not. But even with temperature adjust it’s HIGHLY advisable to get a thermostat that the mat plugs into. This can be set to whichever temperature you need. Whenever it senses it’s hit or gone higher it turns the mat off.  Not only is this a fantastic safety option, it stops from overheating your pieces and saves electric!! Yes guys saving those electricity pennies in winter is essential!
